Job Summary:
Embark on a dynamic role as the Adult Psychology Program Coordinator at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. In this position, you'll lead the coordination of post-doctoral fellows, interns, and externs in various training programs, ensuring high-quality education experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Psychology training program lifecycle from the application phase through the end of the training year including budget management.
- Prepare materials for didactics and educational sessions such as handouts, flyers, etc.
- Trainee onboarding including HCM updates, background checks, scheduling, orientation, calendaring, allocating pay, registering for benefits, registering for CHCO and UCH systems and badges, setting up required training, and completing HR requirements including I-9 documentation.
- Actively work to make the candidate experience inclusive and welcoming.
- Actively Collaborate with the Training directors, other Program coordinators and OET leadership.
Work Location:
Hybrid - this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings.

Minimum Qualifications:
Entry-Level Professional
- Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, business, public administration, health care, educational technology, social science, liberal arts, communications, accounting, finance, library science, or a directly related field from an accredited institution.
Professional
- Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, business, public administration, health care, educational technology, social science, liberal arts, communications, accounting, finance, library science, or a directly related field from an accredited institution.
- 1+ years of professional experience in complex program or administrative support.
Senior Professional
- Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, business, public administration, health care, educational technology, social science, liberal arts, communications, accounting, finance, library science, or a directly related field from an accredited institution.
- 2+ years of professional experience in complex program or administrative support.
- An advanced degree (Masters or Doctorate) may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis if the degree is in a field of study directly related to the work assignment.
- A combination of education and related technical/military/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree on a year for year basis and 2 years of professional level experience.
- An advanced degree (Masters or Doctorate) may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis if the degree is in a field of study directly related to the work assignment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience in the following areas is preferred:
- Designing and implementing academic programs, including seminars, didactics, and symposia.
- Managing student workers and interns using CU programs and systems, with expertise in onboarding, payroll, and annual evaluations. Background in maintaining and updating application processes, managing interview schedules, and contributing to candidate selection meetings.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Proficiency in data tracking and analysis, particularly in preparing longitudinal program outcomes.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels throughout the institution.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and exercise discretion in various academic, administrative, and HR functions. Proven ability to collaborate with various key stakeholders, includin1g faculty, directors, and other coordinators, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Data tracking and analysis in systems like Microsoft Office, CU Data or HCM,
- High level of integrity with ability to exercise strict confidentiality.

Anticipated Pay Range:
The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as:
- Entry: $45,017 - $57,262
- Intermediate: $48,989 - $62,314
- Senior: $52,961 - $67,367
The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level.
