Job Summary

Kutztown University of Pennsylvania enrolls approximately 7,500 students across its graduate and undergraduate programs. Located in a charming rural setting in Kutztown, Pennsylvania, the University is just a 20-minute drive from the metropolitan areas of Allentown/Bethlehem and Reading, and about an hour from the Philadelphia metropolitan area. The University seeks to hire employees with experience working with diverse populations.

The Department of Psychology at Kutztown University invites applications for a part-time temporary position for Spring 2026 (3/4 time). Courses requiring coverage include (but are not limited to): undergraduate courses in General Psychology, Life Span Development, and Cognitive Psychology. The position is at the instructor level, with preference given to applicants showing evidence of teaching experience in these courses. In accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement, performance review and evaluation of faculty is based on effective teaching and fulfillment of professional responsibilities; continuing scholarly growth; and service.

Minimum Qualifications

A master's in a related field, and significant teaching experience is required.
