Position Summary:
The Department of Health Professions at Rollins College is seeking applicants for a Clinical Instructor (non-tenure track) in Applied Behavior Analysis. This 12-month position will begin in August 2022 and will be renewable after a period of 2 years. The primary responsibilities will include teaching the 3-semester practicum sequence in the Applied Behavior Analysis and Clinical Science (ABACS) master's program. Secondary responsibilities will involve spearheading the development of the on-campus Rollins Behavioral Support & Consultation clinic, chairing and serving on master's thesis committees, and teaching 1-3 additional courses in the master's program (commensurate with the applicant's specialization and interest areas).

The Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis and Clinical Science is a 45-credit-hour, cohort-based program that provides training in the experimental, applied, and conceptual domains of behavior analysis. It is accredited by the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI). The successful candidate must be able to contribute to a diverse and inclusive learning and working environment at Rollins. Required Qualifications and Skillsets:
ABD or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis (including behavior-analytic dissertation).
BCBA(R) or BCBA-D(R) in good standing and with evidence of completed BACB(R)-required supervision training.
Clinical ABA experience.
Documentation of effective supervision of BCBA candidates.
Exemplary written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Clinic administration experience.
Evidence of effective teaching at the undergraduate or graduate level in the form of positive teaching evaluations.
Evidence of research productivity in the form of peer-reviewed presentations and/or publications.
